A translator's ear. An editor's discipline.

I finished high school in Florence, Texas, then came home to Skopje for a degree in English language and literature (translation and interpretation) at Ss. Cyril and Methodius University. Translation teaches you two things fast: every word is a choice, and most first choices can be sharper. I've been making a living from that idea since 2014.

For 12+ years I've edited and written for clients worldwide: SaaS companies, e-commerce brands, wellness startups, hospitality and travel businesses, workforce-management platforms, and publications covering life in Japan. My work has appeared on USA Today, Tech Bullion, Haute Living, Japan Dev, The Source, Medium, and Metropolitan Design Mag, though much of what I write ships under my clients' names, which is exactly how ghostwriting should work.

Before philology there was music: two years at a music academy, studying theory and pedagogy. That training still shows up in my prose: a sentence that scans badly gets rewritten, even when it's technically correct. Off the clock I read constantly, and I keep a soft spot for animal welfare.
